It’s 8 oz. of Cream cheese.

Prepare 1 stick of butter.

You need 1/2-1 Cup of Milk.

Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder.

It’s 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper.

Prepare of Chives for serving, Optional.
